Romney FAKE sign wave rally in a CHURCH! (video)

In the face of low crowd turn outs, the Romney campaign has resorted to passing out fake "grassroots" signs at his rallies to people seated in front of press cameras to make it appear as if he has real support. Filmed at a rally at the Tri-City Baptist church in Chandler, AZ on February 22nd, 2012.

2011 "Political Photo of the Year"....RON PAUL!

Washington Times photographer Andrew Harnik won first-place honors from the White House News Photographers Association for this photo of a fist raised at a Ron Paul rally in Iowa.

There are probably going to be more photos of Ron Paul making headlines and photo's of the year.

Maybe this one????

Breaking!! Today's Washington Post: Only Paul's Plan Will Reduce the Deficit

If you want to fix the fiscal problem in this country then you need to elect Ron Paul President of the United States....and even the Washington Post agrees with this analysis!

The Post:

The national debt is likely to balloon under tax policies championed by three of the four major Republican candidates for president, according to an independent analysis of tax and spending proposals so far offered by the candidates.
The lone exception is Texas Rep. Ron Paul, who would pair a big reduction in tax rates with even bigger cuts in government services, slicing about $2 trillion from future borrowing.

Ron Paul is not fake like the rest of the clowns who stand on the stage as Republicans.  He has the proven track record to be a fiscal President and his plan is the only one that calls for dramatic spending cuts which is what this country desperately needs!

Rick Santorm's Voting Record and Why He is a Fake Conservative

No one can challenge the fiscal record of Ron Paul, but what about the other candidates? Do they have a squeaky clean fiscal conservative record? Rick Santorum does and that is why he is a fake conservative.

Rick Santorum voted to raise the debt limit five times.
  • FACT:  Santorum voted to increase the debt ceiling in 1997, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2006. Together, these five votes boosted the federal debt limit by nearly $3.5 trillion. (H.R. 2015, Roll Call Vote #209, 7/31/97; S. 2578, Roll Call Vote #148, 6/11/02; H. J. Res. 51, Roll Call Vote #202, 5/23/03; S. 2986, Roll Call Vote #213, 11/17/04; H. J. Res. 47, Roll Call Vote #54, 3/16/06; Mindy R. Leavit, “The Debt Limit: History and Recent Increases,” Congressional Research Service, 9/9/11)
Rick Santorum voted for billions in waste, including the “Bridge to Nowhere.”
  • FACT:  “Santorum was a prolific supporter of earmarks, having requested billions of dollars for pork projects in Pennsylvania while he was in Congress.” (Club for Growth, 2012 Presidential White Paper #4, Rick Santorum)
  • FACT:  “The announcements flowed out of Rick Santorum’s Senate office: a $3.5 million federal grant to Piasecki Aircraft to help it test a new helicopter propeller technology; another $3.5 million to JLG Industries to bolster its bid to build all-terrain forklifts for the military; $1.4 million to Medico Industries to upgrade equipment for its munitions work. … But an examination of Mr. Santorum’s earmark record sheds light on another aspect of his political personality, one that is at odds with the reformer image he has tried to convey on the trail: his prowess as a Washington insider. A review of some of his earmarks, viewed alongside his political donations, suggests that the river of federal money Mr. Santorum helped direct to Pennsylvania paid off handsomely in the form of campaign cash.” (Michael Luo and Mike McIntire, The New York Times, 1/15/12)
  • FACT:  Santorum voted for the 2005 highway bill, which included hundreds of earmarks, including the bridge to nowhere, a teapot museum.  (H.R. 3, Roll Call Vote #220, 7/29/05)
  • FACT:  Santorum supported the “Bridge to Nowhere” – twice. Santorum “voted for the 2005 highway bill that included thousands of wasteful earmarks, including the Bridge to Nowhere.   In fact, in a separate vote, Santorum had the audacity to vote to continue funding the Bridge to Nowhere rather than send the money to rebuild New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.”(Club for Growth, 2012 Presidential White Paper #4, Rick Santorum)
  • FACT:  Santorum admitted he voted for bridge, and defended vote: “People say that I voted for ‘The Bridge to Nowhere.’ I did. I went with the federalist argument, which is, ‘Who am I in Pennsylvania to tell Alaska what their highway priorities should be?’” (William Petroski,  Des Moines Register12/29/11)
In a single session, Rick Santorum co-sponsored 51 bills to increase spending … And zero to cut spending.
  • FACT:  “In the 2003-2004 session of Congress, Santorum sponsored or cosponsored 51 bills to increase spending, and failed to sponsor or co-sponsor even one spending cut proposal.” (Club for Growth, 2012 Presidential White Paper #4, Former Senator Rick Santorum)
Rick Santorum even voted to raise his own pay.
  • FACT:  “Santorum also supported raising congressional pay at least three times, in 2001, 2002, and 2003.” (Club for Growth, 2012 Presidential White Paper #4, Former Senator Rick Santorum)
  • FACT:  Santorum voted three times – in 2001, 2002 and 2003 – to preserve Congressional pay increases. (Roll Call Vote #360, 12/7/01; Roll Call Vote #242, 11/13/02; Roll Call Vote #406, 10/23/03)
Rick Santorum joined Hillary Clinton to let convicted felons vote.
  • FACT:  In 2002, Santorum voted “to secure the Federal voting rights of certain qualified persons who have served their sentences.” Santorum was one of only three Republican senators to vote with Sen. Hillary Clinton for the measure, which failed in the Senate. (S. 565, Roll Call Vote #31, 2/14/02)
  • FACT:  Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV), who sponsored the measure, on the purpose of his amendment: “Basically what this amendment does is ensure that ex-felons, people who have fully served their sentences, have completed their probation, have completed their parole, should not be denied their right to vote.” (Sen. Harry Reid, Remarks on the Senate Floor, 2/14/02)

Mainstream Media Fails to Cover Veteran March on White House in Support of Ron Paul

Today on Presidents Day members of the armed forces (active duty, retired, reservists) marched on the White House in support of Congressman Ron Paul for President of the United States. Well over 400-500 came out in support of Ron Paul and that does not include the civilian numbers.

Ron Paul pulls in the most support from active duty military more than Obama and the other Republican candidates combined!

The mainstream media fails to report on a story like this because it ruins their agenda to get another big government candidate to sit in the White House. The continuation of the wars is on their agenda as well and they do not want the people to know the truth...the troops support Ron Paul and an end to these endless unconstitutional wars.

Here is some raw video of the march on the White House:

It is time the American people wake up and time for the media to start paying attention.

There is a Revolution taking place and you will not be able to silence the momentum, even if you rig the elections!

Ron Paul Calls Out Rick Santorum: Claims an "Atrocious Voting Record"

Congressman Ron Paul is at it again, and as always he is right.

From CNN:

(CNN) - Ron Paul on Sunday re-launched his attack that Republican presidential rival Rick Santorum is a liberal, adding he doubts the former Pennsylvania senator could beat President Barack Obama in November if he wins the party's nomination.
"His voting record is, I think from my viewpoint, an atrocious voting record - how liberal he's been in all the things he's voted for over the many years he was in the Senate and in the House," Paul said on CNN's "State of the Union."

There is no denying the truth to this claim and if anybody can prove the Congressman wrong then we will listen.

Can't make it to the Ron Paul is the Choice of the Troops March on the White House? Watch it live!

If the mainstream media fails to show, or report on the march, here is a live stream of the event. It starts @ 12 EST.

Maine Caucus: NY Times Front Page Picture Says It All!

The front page of the New York Times says it all. They know who is really leading the Republican nomination...

Ron Paul is the Definition of a Reagan Conservative

A debate has taken place among the Republican elite as to whether or not Mitt Romney is a Conservative,  Newt Gingrich is a Conservative, Rick Santorum is a Conservative, or if Ron Paul is a Conservative. It is hard to define somebody when their record is all over the place, but with Ron Paul it is easy to define whether or not he is a true conservative, or as some people keep saying in 2012...a Reagan Conservative.

Ron Paul is the definition of a Reagan Conservative because he has the record to back up his stances and beliefs.

If you don't believe me then take the words of Ronald Reagan as proof that Paul is the only true conservative in this race. In an interview that Reagan gave with Reason Magazine he defined Conservatism:

REASON: Governor Reagan, you have been quoted in the press as saying that you’re doing a lot of speaking now on behalf of the philosophy of conservatism and libertarianism. Is there a difference between the two?
REAGAN: If you analyze it I believe the very heart and soul of conservatism is libertarianism. I think conservatism is really a misnomer just as liberalism is a misnomer for the liberals–if we were back in the days of the Revolution, so-called conservatives today would be the Liberals and the liberals would be the Tories. "The basis of conservatism is a desire for less government interference or less centralized authority or more individual freedom and this is a pretty general description also of what libertarianism is."
Now, I can’t say that I will agree with all the things that the present group who call themselves Libertarians in the sense of a party say, because I think that like in any political movement there are shades, and there are libertarians who are almost over at the point of wanting no government at all or anarchy. I believe there are legitimate government functions. There is a legitimate need in an orderly society for some government to maintain freedom or we will have tyranny by individuals. The strongest man on the block will run the neighborhood. We have government to insure that we don’t each one of us have to carry a club to defend ourselves. But again, I stand on my statement that I think that libertarianism and conservatism are travelling the same path.

Ron Paul fits this definition given my Reagan and the Republicans that have been brainwashed in recent years need to sit back and think of the words of their savior Ronald Reagan.
Libertarians and Conservatives are one in the same, but the only difference today is the wish of some conservatives who want to control your personal life (Rick Santorum) and that is not what was intended in this country when we fought a Revolution.
If you still don't believe me then you are probably to far gone to think for yourself and you will continue to be brainwashed by the Republican elite that wants to control your life as well.

Ron Paul's Delegate Strategy to Win the Nomination

Most people in America believe there is a front runner for the Republican nomination, but they haven't realized what the Ron Paul campaign has done to work the system that is in place and get their people elected delegates.

I don't like Rachel Maddow that much, but this a great video discussing the Ron Paul strategy to gain the nomination of the Republican Party because he understands the process better than the other campaigns:

Ron Paul Nipping at Mitt Romney w/Maine Caucus Performance

The media is going to report Mitt Romney's victory in Maine as a tall tale sign of impending nomination for the Republican Party and they will fail to notice, or give attention, to the guy in second place that lost by only 3 percentage points.

From the Politico:

PORTLAND, Maine –Mitt Romney capped a triumphant day of winning the CPAC straw poll vote with victory in the Maine caucuses Saturday.
Romney won by just three points, 39 percent to Ron Paul’s 36 percent. Rick Santorum trailed in third with 18 percent, and Newt Gingrich received 6 percent of the vote.

Ron Paul performed very well this week in Maine and it is a sign that he has the potential to take the nomination from the rest of the Republican field. His ideas are bringing more people together and reuniting a sect of the Republican Party that was lost after 2001.

His campaign understands the process of nomination better than the other candidates and that is pissing off a lot of people that believe in the neo-conservative philosophy of taking things they think are rightfully theirs.

We have the ground support necessary to get the number of delegates needed for the nomination and Maine was a big win for the Ron Paul campaign.

Will Maine Give Ron Paul His First Win?

Even though Ron Paul has been putting up strong finishes in the caucuses and primaries he has yet to win a state. It looks like this weekend is his first real shot at becoming the 4th Republican to come out victorious in the Republican primary season.

From Reuters:

Saturday, Ron Paul could get his best shot at a victory in Maine, the cold, far northeastern state that has given a warm reception to his libertarian views.
Local caucusing has been under way in Maine since January 29, and will continue in a few towns until March. Even so, the state Republican Party will announce the winner of its presidential straw poll on Saturday, and the Texas congressman's strong on-the-ground organization could have a big impact.
Mitt Romney, a former governor of Massachusetts, generally is viewed as the favorite here, and in the overall Republican race. After losing the last three state contests to Rick Santorum, a former U.S. senator from Pennsylvania, Romney is thirsty for a morale-boosting win in Maine, where he won 52 percent of the vote during his unsuccessful run for president in 2008.
The R3VOLUTION continues this weekend and it will go all the way to the convention!

BREAKING!! RON PAUL WINNING THE BATTLE FOR DELEGATES

LAKE JACKSON, Texas – The Ron Paul 2012 Presidential campaign released the following statement regarding the results of yesterday’s election results. See comments below from Ron Paul 2012 National Campaign Manager John Tate.
“We are thrilled with the yesterday’s results. Our campaign to Restore America continues to gain ground, and we are poised to pick up even more delegates from Minnesota and Colorado adding to our delegates in Iowa, New Hampshire, and Nevada.
“As people across the country view the results of  yesterday’s contests, it is important to consider a few facts that have not been clearly reported.  Not one single delegate was awarded yesterday, instead the caucuses in Minnesota and Colorado were the very first step in the delegate selection process. And there are still over 40 states left to go. The Ron Paul campaign plans to continue to vie for delegates nationwide.
“There are a few significant takeaways from yesterday’s contests to remember:
1) The Missouri primary means nothing. It was a non-binding beauty contest, and the contest that matters in the ‘show me’ state won’t take place for another month. The Ron Paul campaign is well positioned to win delegates in Missouri’s caucus a month from now.
2) As in Iowa where not 1 of the 28 delegates has been awarded yet, in Colorado and Nevada the Paul campaign will do very well in the state delegate counts. We will have good numbers among the actual delegates awarded, far exceeding our straw poll numbers.
3) In Minnesota where we have finished a solid second, we also have a strong majority of the state convention delegates, and the process to elect delegates has also just begun, the Paul campaign is well-organized to win the bulk of delegates there.
“We are confident in gaining a much larger share of delegates than even our impressive showing yesterday indicates. As an example of our campaign’s delegate strength, take a look at what has occurred in Colorado:
In one precinct in Larimer County, the straw poll vote was 23 for Santorum, 13 for Paul, 5 for Romney, 2 for Gingrich.  There were 13 delegate slots, and Ron Paul got ALL 13.
In a precinct in Delta County the vote was 22 for Santorum, 12 for Romney, 8 for Paul, 7 for Gingrich. There were 5 delegate slots, and ALL 5 went to Ron Paul.
In a Pueblo County precinct, the vote was 16 for Santorum, 11 for Romney, 3 for Gingrich and 2 for Paul. There were 2 delegate slots filled, and both were filled by Ron Paul supporters.
We are also seeing the same trends in Minnesota, Nevada, and Iowa, and in Missouri as well.
“We may well win Minnesota, and do far better in Colorado than yesterday’s polls indicate.
“In the latest national poll from Reuters/Ipsos Poll, Ron Paul places a strong second with 21 percent, gaining ground on his main competitor nationally, Mitt Romney, whose support seems to be fading at 29 percent.  Congressman Paul’s support has grown by 5 percentage points nationally since January, while Romney has seen a 30 percent decline in his support since January.
“This poll follows a January 30th Gallup Poll showing Dr. Paul within the margin of error of defeating Obama.  Also, a January 16th CNN/ORC Poll showed Congressman Paul and Obama in a virtual tie in a general election showdown.
“Yesterday’s contests were significant, but not a decisive or a conclusive end to this race. Our campaign will keep pushing forward and continue to take our message of liberty all the way to the convention. This race after all is about delegates, not about beauty contests.”

Obama Ignores the Constitution w/Contraceptive Issue

The Obama Administration has once again ignored the Constitution, specifically the 1st Amendment, when it comes to this issue of contraceptive coverage to be required with health insurance. His administration has directed any company that provides health insurance to provide that coverage and that extends to the Catholic Church which has disagreements with the use of contraceptives as a religious issue.

We have religious freedom in this country under the 1st Amendment and the administration has sidestepped the Constitution once again. Speaker John Boehner went to house floor to go after Obama and in my opinion it was one of his best speeches to defend the Constitution:

We need to stand with Congress in their efforts to take on the administration with this issue and protect our basic rights as a country.

New Reuters Poll Puts Ron Paul Second Nationally

From IPSOS:

Mitt Romney continues to lead among Republican voters, currently at 29% vs. Ron Paul at 21%, Newt Gingrich at 19% and Rick Santorum at 18%. Even though he’s won three contests in the last month, Romney’s national support is essentially unchanged from what we observed just after the Iowa Caucuses (30%: Jan 9, 2012).

Ron Paul has continued the momentum of his historic campaign and it is starting to translate on a national scale. There is no counting him out of this race any time soon, especially if the race goes all the way to the nominating convention later this year.

The R3VOLUTION has just begun...

This is Going to the Convention! Ron Paul Benefits From the Fight!

Tonight is proof that this election amongst the Republican Party will go all the way to the national convention in Florida.

From Fox News:

Rick Santorum is projected to win the non-binding Missouri Republican presidential primary, as he also takes the early lead in the Minnesota and Colorado contests being held Tuesday night.
The former Pennsylvania senator could be looking at the best night of his campaign since Iowa, in which he was belatedly declared the winner. For the first time in weeks, he -- and not Newt Gingrich -- was posing the biggest challenge to frontrunner Mitt Romney.
In Missouri, the primary is effectively a statewide straw poll, as it sets the stage for the delegate-awarding caucuses a month from now. Still, Santorum cruised to a crushing victory. With 65 percent of precincts reporting, Santorum was leading with 55 percent of the vote. Romney had 25 percent, followed by Ron Paul with 12 percent. Gingrich was not on the ballot in that contest.

All of this fighting benefits the Ron Paul campaign because they have the best organization in the caucus states by convincing their supporters to stick around and get elected delegates to county and state conventions.

This is what politics should be like! We should not have a nominee after only a few states have voted but rather let all the states cast their decision and take this to the national convention in August. Its how elections are suppose to be conducted.

Ron Paul can and will be successful at this effort because he is the most knowledgeable about the process and his supporters are the most determined to get their guy elected President.

Tonight I Will Caucus for Ron Paul!

Tonight are the caucuses in the great state of Colorado and I will be caucusing for Congressman Ron Paul at my local precinct. There are many reasons why I will be casting my support behind the Congresman so let me explain briefly why that is the case and why you should as well.

Size of Government

First off I am a fiscal conservative and believe in attempts to reduce the size of the federal government and Ron Paul is the only candidate that has a real plan to do just that. The other candidates in this race have a history of supporting big government despite what they say right now and I can not in good conscious give my support to them because I am tired of being lied to by Republicans that support big government.

We are in a financial situation that needs quick action to fix and Ron Paul has the ability and my trust to fix our problems and bring down the national debt. He has plans to cut $1 Trillion from the federal budget and that is the kick that our economy needs right now.

No one can deny that Congressman Paul is right when it comes to the economy and a lot of elites in Washington and the Republican Party are scared that he will actually keep his promise.

Foreign Policy

This is the area of Paul's philosophy that gets bite back from Republicans today.

Paul advocates that we stop parading around the world and causing problems, but rather bring out troops home and secure this country on the borders. We waste trillions of dollars on our overseas ventures that is causing a fiscal problem back here in America. The wars are not necessary and it is time we go back to the way Republicans use to do things and that is build up the military here at home and not use it to police the world. (Bush ran on this philosophy in 2000)

If Republicans would stop and think for a second they will see that they use to preach this same thought for years before 9/11. It is time to stop the fighting and start realizing what we are doing to ourselves.

Conclusion

Basically Ron Paul is the only true conservative in this race and that is why he gets my support. Don't let the Republicans elites brainwash you, but rather look at the facts and start coming home....

RON PAUL IS THE CHOICE OF THE TROOPS! (Veterans & Active Duty march on the White House 2/20/12)

On Presidents day (2/20) thousands of veterans and active duty military will march on the White House in support of their choice for President==Ron Paul!

From Digital Journal:

Minneapolis - According to an internal analysis from the Ron Paul presidential campaign, the Texas Republican Congressman received more military donations than his GOP rivals and President Barack Obama in the fourth quarter.
It was reported last week that Veterans for Ron Paul launched a money grenade for the Feb. 20 “Ron Paul is the Choice of the Troops” march in Washington, which will begin from the Washington Monument and end at the White House.
An internal analysis from the Ron Paul campaign shows that not only a large number of military veterans support the libertarian-leaning congressman, but also active-military men and women as a new report shows the three-time presidential candidate received more donations than his Republican rivals and President Barack Obama combined.
The report, which is based on Federal Election Commission data, showed that Paul raised more than $150,000 from active-military members in the final quarter of the year. He was able to raise triple the amount than the incumbent president.

The other candidates in this race are paid for by the big companies and banks that helped fuel our financial collapse. Ron Paul on the other hand has the support of the military and maybe the Republican base should take note of this fact.

Clint Eastwood: It's Half Time in America....Pro Obama or Pro Capitalism?

If you watched the superbowl yesterday you would have seen my team the New England Patriots lose to those pesky Giants. But what you would have noticed beyond the lose was the Chrysler commercial that was narrated by Clint Eastwood. Some are wondering if this ad was a pro-obama ad, but I am wondering...was this a pro capitalism ad??

You be the judge:

In my opinion this ad showed what America can do without the help of the government. I get that Detroit recieved a hefty bailout from the feds, but it would be that this ad is hitting to the heart of our capability as a country, that if we get knocked down we can stand up again. Mr. Corruption: Gingrich’s Deep Ties to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac

Newt Gingrich has risen and fallen in the Republican nomination process and I would propose that he just drop out and save this country from more corruption and lies. We all know that Gingrich has moral issues in his personal life, but he really likes to keep his association with the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac hush hush. Talk about a reason we are in a financial situation in this country and it starts with these two corrupt government agencies that have ruined our financial stability.

From the New York Times:

Mr. Gingrich has faced many questions recently about the more than $1.6 million in consulting fees he got from Freddie Mac since leaving Congress in 1999. But part of the relationship started years earlier, as records and interviews show that Mr. Gingrich, as House leader in the 1990s, aligned himself with Freddie and Fannie on a number of key issues — defending them in Congress against political attacks, joining with them on housing projects and seeing top aides go work for them.
While Mr. Gingrich has minimized his past connections to the two closely related companies on the campaign trail, his Congressional record shows that his political and financial ties to the firms run deeper and farther back than he has acknowledged publicly and, in fact, set the stage for the lucrative consulting work that followed.
Mr. Gingrich, whose campaign declined to comment on his ties with Fannie and Freddie while in Congress, has been blistering in his recent criticism of the mortgage finance companies. He has blamed them in part for the 2008 housing collapse, said they should now be “broken up,” and in an October debate he declared that Representative Barney Frank should be “in jail” for associating with lobbyists close to Freddie.

My questions is why do we keep trusting politicians that will continue to lie to the American people and ignore the true statesman that is running in this election?

It is time we start demanding honest real politicians that will run this country for the sake of protecting the American people and not protecting their own pocket book and re-election bids.

The Ron Paul Phenomenon

This campaign cycle in 2012 has ignited a firestorm in the Republican Party and many are questioning the direction the party will be taking for years to come. First we have Mitt Romney the flip flopper from Massachusetts who has supported big government for years but has now changed is mind (don't believe that!). Then we have Newt Gingrich who cheated on two wives and now claims to be the moral savior of the Republican Party. Oh, and by the way, he is a big government Republican just like Romney. We also have Rick Santorum who would bomb the hell out of every country in the world if it would some how get him elected President and he has supported big government in the past. Finally there is a candidate that the establishment in the party hates because he threatens their stability as party leaders and calls into question everything that has been done the past 10 years in this country and that is Dr. Ron Paul.

Many have pondered the phenomenon that is Ron Paul's Presidential campaign and how a lonely Dr. from Texas has such enthusiastic support from young people and people that just down right believe in the concept of Freedom and Liberty.

Wayne Allen Root published an article on Fox News trying to explain the Ron Paul factor in 2012. Here is a snippet from that piece:

After years of being the lone Libertarian voice in Congress, and often being the lone vote on issues, Congressman Paul is today a folk hero. After 25 long years of fighting for Libertarian and fiscally conservative values, this little old Texas baby doctor has become an “overnight success.”
The Ron Paul phenomenon is perhaps the most interesting story to come out of the 2012 election to date, simply because he breaks all the stereotypes of a successful candidate or movement. Ron Paul is not handsome (like Mitt Romney). He’s not exciting (like Sarah Palin). He’s not charismatic (like a Reagan or JFK). He’s not super articulate (like Obama). And he’s sure not young. If I were to run for President in 2030, I would still be younger than Ron Paul is today.
So what’s the attraction? Why are so many Americans passionate fans of Ron Paul? And why in particular do so many young people who tune out of politics, tune in for Ron Paul?

Now let me explain why this man is so attractive as a candidate and why he is the only true conservative in the race in 2012.

First off, Ron Paul is probably the most consistent politician that works in Washington D.C. and god knows we have seen some of the most walfaling and side stepping the rights of citizens over the years in that city; however, Ron Paul has stood fast through all of this and preaches day in and day out that we need to shrink the size of government and stop the wars that are costing this country trillions of dollars every year.

Despite the fact that he is in his 70's he appeals to young voters because he actually cares about protecting us from what is coming in the future. This country is going bankrupt and every day we see our civil liberties taken right from under us by the government and we see the Constitution ignored by so many who are running this country. The younger generation is fed up with the nonsense we see everyday and now we have a candidate that has ideas that will fix this country, but still the status quo is being held onto because people are afraid of changing a system, or rather they keep electing the same idiots into office that never fix anything.

Ron Paul is different and that scares the Washington elite and especially the leaders of the Republican Party. He wants to get the party back to the way it was before the neo-conservatives hijacked it after 9/11. He has been right on every issue over the past 30 years and it is finally taking the destruction of the country for more people to figure that out.

Ron Paul can be trusted with what he preaches and that is the phenomenon that the media can't wrap their heads around. They haven't been hearing this during Presidential cycles of the past but now here is this man and he is saying stuff that makes sense.

Its time to change in this country and Ron Paul is the candidate to get that done!

Breaking: Ron Paul Appeal to Voters

Congressman Ron Paul is the only true conservative candidate running for the Republican nomination.

We live in a world that is struggling to find its identity and we are losing our freedom and liberty everyday. Both political parties in this country have been putting up candidates that will do anything to gain power and keep that power all the while stripping you of your precious rights under the Constitution. More and more each day our politicians have trampled on that documents and have flushed your rights down the drain. But why do we keep voting for the status quo??

It is time to change the status quo and bring somebody in that will shake the establishment to the core....that man is Ron Paul.

Prediction: Ron Paul Second Place Finish in Nevada

The Nevada Caucus is tonight and polls are showing a lead for Mitt Romney; however there is a story is who might come in second place tonight and this site is predicting a Ron Paul second place finish in Nevada.

From the Politico:

PAHRUMP, Nev. — This is Ron Paul country.
Paul won rural Nye County in southern Nevada four years ago with 415 votes, just 16 more than Mitt Romney. Nevada’s other 15 counties went for Romney, who enters Saturday’s caucuses as the front-runner again.

In the past six months, the Texas congressman’s campaign says volunteers have registered 800 new Republicans in this county alone.
The Paul campaign’s dedicated band of supporters, who put in months of unglamorous legwork, makes them confident they will best Newt Gingrich for at least second place on Saturday, even though the former House speaker has led Paul in public polls all week.

Nevada is a state that appeals to Ron Paul because the people that live in that state appreciate their freedom and liberty. It is the state of freedom and Paul can pull those voters into his voting bloc.

There is a fight at the top of the Republican field by Romney and Gingrich for who is the most corrupt and now it is time for voters to start realizing that you can trust a guy like Ron Paul and not buy into the idea that one of those other two are the inevitable nominee for the Republican Party.

Ron Paul has a vision for this country and a way to actually fix the problems we currently have. The voters out west in these caucus states are going to set the tone for who they really want from a Republican and I believe that will translate tonight with a Ron Paul second place finish.

BREAKING: The Most Important Endorsement Goes to Ron Paul

By Roger F. Gay (seconded by Robert Bentley)

I endorse Ron Paul for the Republican nomination for the office of President of the United States and for the presidency. This is the most important endorsement that any candidate can receive; not just because it's mine, but because it's not given for political expediency or other personal reward. Over the decades that I have analyzed policy and politics, and written on the subject, I have never before endorsed a candidate. In this year's presidential race, there is only one candidate who is worthy of the office. There is only one that has the right ideas for the good of the country now and who we can trust to make the best of them. In the cold light of facts and logic:
There is no race at all. Ron Paul stands alone.

Let me reassure those whose only concern is to put a Republican in office in order to oust Barack Obama. Ron Paul has, in my view, the best chance of winning. For months, match-up polls have shown both Mitt Romney and Ron Paul tied with Barack Obama. (The other Republican candidates are far behind.) Romney has been promoted as the Republican “front-runner” and even the “presumptive nominee” of the Republican Party. His flaws have been both ignored and spun into assets. Ron Paul has been continuously marginalized by the establishment press and his ideas and character distorted beyond recognition. In other words, Mitt Romney has been granted an enormous handicap in order to stay in the game with Ron Paul. Of the two, only Ron Paul can, like Ronald Reagan, significantly expand his base outside the minority that votes in the Republican Party's primaries. (Remembering the “Reagan Democrats” who helped keep him in office for two terms.)

Speaking of Ronald Reagan, it's been quite popular for candidates to assert themselves as his natural heir. The sense of entitlement is so strong that candidates like Newt Gingrich for example, pretend to have played a more important role in the Reagan era and to have had a more substantial relationship with Reagan himself while promoting the same social policy agenda as Barack Obama, who also used the spirit of Reagan in his 2008 campaign. In 1976 Ron Paul led the Texas delegation in favor of Ronald Reagan for the GOP nomination and actively campaigned for Reagan in 1980. In 1978, while seeking re-election to Congress, Ron Paul's foreign policy was attacked (much as now) as “weak” and “isolationist.” Reagan responded with a glowing endorsement.
Ron Paul is one of the outstanding leaders fighting for a stronger national defense. As a former Air Force officer, he knows well the needs of our armed forces, and he always puts them first. We need to keep him fighting for our country.

Ron Paul's national defense position has been the subject of a great deal of confusion. It's easy to spot someone who just hasn't fact checked against establishment propaganda. His views are not isolationist, nor are they weak on national defense. Along with an exponential growth in spending, we've been in a continuous period of increased military adventurism while ignoring Constitutional requirements on going to war. Like Ron Paul's assessment and predictions on economic bubbles and collapsing financial infrastructure, his views on our role as the World's Police are also factually and logically correct. It would be a great relief to have a president who insists on operating within Constitutional restraints in this regard, requiring a Declaration of War from Congress as a condition for starting or joining a war, as well as to have a president who would invoke consideration of the costs of the character of our military presence on the world stage. To this, we can add a greater and more enlightened understanding of the position and capabilities of the other world players. One can only logically conclude that the greater isolationists are those who insist that the US must continue to act as if no other country can successfully defend itself or effectively assist when a neighbor is in need; that we must therefore act nearly alone as the prominent international warlord group.

Ron Paul's understanding of economics and the role of government has received wide praise. Even the other candidates have given lip-service to his views. He has surpassed every president, living or dead, in his ability to diagnose and prescribe economic treatment. I have written several times on the dangers of electing politicians who view fiscal conservatism (or social conservatism) as the core of their conservative “values”. They are factually, logically, and historically insufficient to define a conservative (or classic liberal) political candidate. There may be nothing as obvious in support of Ron Paul than to state that he is the only political conservative running for president. Without political conservatism at the core, other claims to conservatism in the political arena are just a trick. Someone please explain that to the crazy uncles, Mitt, Newt, Rick, and Barack, who promise to reduce the size and cost of government while carrying Santa Claus bags filled with promises of new entitlements, government intrusions, and military excursions. No, continued expansionism does not make government more “efficient”. (Side-bar: Decline of the Roman Empire)

The character of the presidency has drifted so far as to have become an imminent threat to the nation. The office has now come to symbolize the position of the leader of a party and an agenda. It has become a pulpit from which to drive a particular view on expansionism and it matters little which view prevails. The office has been held by warlords, dictators, and representatives of organized criminal enterprises that seek to steal public funds and take advantage of power for personal gain. It has become a centralized point from which the American people are continuously lied to, cheated, and stripped of their rights and from which the sovereignty of the nation and the blood of our citizens are sold.

We need a president who will act like a president and who believes that is the proper way for presidents to act. We need a president who is an honest and capable man, a man who can be trusted to tell us the truth, to present the actual state of the nation, and the state of government. We need someone who understands that we need not and should not have a federal government that strives to buy into every aspect of personal life and who believes that integrity is more important than the next election. We need someone who will honestly point out the many large and expensive government programs created to extract pork, that serve neither the nation's interest nor the promotional cause for which they were started. We need someone who has not and will not sell himself, the nation, and all of us for political advantage or personal gain. We need someone who honestly believes that it is right to obey the Constitution.

We need a true president. There is only one candidate who qualifies, and I endorse him for the Republican nomination for the office of President of the United States and for the presidency.
