MSNBC CAUGHT SELECTIVELY EDITING ROMNEY VIDEO TO MAKE HIM SEEM ‘OUT OF TOUCH'
Whether or not we are the biggest Mitt Romney fans here at The Libertarian Examiner (we aren't) we do believe in fair judging of a candidate and not manipulation of their words.
MSNBC has a reputation of having a liberal bias just like Fox has a conservative bias. However; they have been caught manipulating the words of Mitt Romney in a campaign stop he had recently.
In the MSNBC clip, Romney is shown discussing Wawa’s convenience stores like he has never been to one before (presumably because he is “too good” for such an establishment).
Watch the MSNBC version:
And now, watch the real version of the speech:
It is pretty pathetic when a news agency has to go that low in order to push their agenda. It is unfair to the electoral process and damaging to this country when a credited news agency has to manipulate the minds of its viewers because they don't like a guy who is running for President.
As long as you've mentioned that we're not Mitt Romney fans, let's get substantive. I grant that people at MSNBC tend to be idiots, but just like the fact that Obama is bad, mmkay, that doesn't make Romney good.
The federal government is going to compete? Against what? Another federal government? This is pablum. To Mitt Romney and Barack Obama, the days of debating how deeply the federal government intrudes into everything is completely over. It's all about how it's going to intrude further and the nonsense coming out of their mouths isn't something that should be sidetracked by MSNBC's efforts to be bigger clowns than they are.
It's intrusion. It's corruption. It's abuse of power. There are no shades or subtleties, there is no left or right to it. It's just wrong.
